Who we are

Information we use
We collect account details such as your email address and name, room photos you upload, design instructions, generated images, feedback, and subscription and credit records. If you sign in with Google, we receive the account information needed to sign you in. We also process technical information such as IP addresses, browser details, requests, and error logs to run and protect the service.
How we use and share it
We use this information to create and save designs, manage accounts and payments, provide support, prevent abuse, and understand how the service works. Our service providers process information for these functions, including hosting and image storage, Google Gemini and, when enabled, OpenAI or Replicate for image processing, Stripe for payments, Postmark for service emails, and Sentry for error monitoring. Stripe handles payment details; HeyLivly stores payment references and billing status rather than full card numbers. Google reCAPTCHA may process browser and interaction information to prevent abuse. Third-party fonts and other page resources also receive technical connection information when your browser loads them.
Your photos and AI processing
Only upload photos and other material you have permission to use. Avoid including people, documents, or private details you do not want processed. Photos and instructions are sent to the AI provider used for the requested feature. Provider processing, retention, and model-improvement rules depend on the provider and service tier; we do not promise that every provider excludes inputs from model improvement. Designs you choose to share or display in the public gallery may be visible to others.
Analytics and retailer links
We use self-hosted Umami analytics to understand visits and feature usage. We do not load Google Ads or Meta advertising pixels. If you follow a retailer or affiliate link, the destination and any affiliate network may collect information under their own policies. We may receive a commission on qualifying purchases.
Storage and your choices
You can manage your profile and request an account export or deletion in account settings. Account deletion has a seven-day cancellation period. Contact us to request access, correction, or deletion of your information, including uploaded files. Some records may remain in backups or be retained for billing, security, dispute resolution, or legal requirements. Deleting an account does not mean every copy in storage or with a service provider disappears immediately. Information may be processed in countries other than where you live. Depending on your location, you may have additional privacy rights; contact us to exercise them.
Children and policy changes
HeyLivly is intended for adults. Please contact us if you believe a child has supplied personal information. We will update this page when our practices change and provide additional notice when required.
