Using HeyLivly
HeyLivly is operated by Forma Labs, LLC. These terms apply when you use HeyLivly. You must be at least 18 and able to agree to these terms. Keep your account credentials secure and use the service lawfully. Contact support@goformalabs.com with questions.
Your content
You retain your rights in the photos and other material you upload. You give us permission to store, process, and transmit that material to operate the features you use, including sending it to AI and storage providers. You must have the rights and permissions needed for your uploads. Do not upload unlawful content or use the service to infringe others’ rights, bypass limits, or disrupt the service. Public sharing and gallery features make the designs you choose to publish visible to others.
AI results and product suggestions
Generated designs are visual ideas, not measurements, construction plans, or professional design or safety advice. AI may change dimensions, structures, colors, and product details or produce inaccurate results. Results may not be unique. Check measurements, suitability, availability, and prices with the retailer before purchasing or making changes to your home. Suggested products may resemble a design without being the exact items shown. Retailers handle their own sales, delivery, returns, and warranties. We may earn commissions from clearly identified affiliate links.
Subscriptions, credits, and cancellation
The checkout page states the price, billing interval, and included features for your purchase. Recurring subscriptions renew until canceled. Manage or cancel a subscription through your billing settings; check the cancellation confirmation for the effective date. One-time credit packs are separate purchases. For a failed service, billing problem, or refund request, contact support. Generation-credit adjustments are not the same as cash refunds. Nothing in these terms removes rights you have under applicable consumer law.
Availability and changes
We may change features or suspend access to address abuse, security issues, or service problems. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or a particular AI result. If we discontinue the service, we will provide notice where practicable and explain how to download saved work and resolve remaining paid access or credits. Keep your own copies of designs you want to retain.
Responsibility and updates
To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided as available without a guarantee of fitness for a particular purpose. You are responsible for decisions made using generated designs. These terms do not exclude liability or consumer protections that cannot legally be excluded. We will post updated terms here and provide additional notice of material changes when required. Our Privacy Policy explains how we process information.
